My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The room I was given had dirty towels from the previous guest hanging in the shower, and despite being moved due to roaches, I encountered them again. The management's response was unhelpful, offering only to change my room or spray. I will not be returning to this hotel; they need a proper inspection from health authorities to address these issues. The presence of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room was also a major downside, and the location near vending and ice machines was not ideal.
